Julie Wilson

Managing Director and Principal Consultant

Julie has extensive experience as an Agile PM, Agile Coach and Waterfall Project Manager with particular ERP experience in the Payroll/Time Management arena. Julie holds considerable specialist knowledge in Oracle/PeopleSoft. She is CPA (IT Specialist Designation) qualified and Prince 2 and PMBOK experienced. Julie is IC Agile Accredited. Julie holds certifications in Agile Initiation, Agile Delivery, SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework for Enterprise) Leadership and SAFe Scrum.

Julie has managed Kanban walls using physical cards and tools such as JIRA and Rally.

She is experienced in both in house and externally provided delivery models, including BPO and has held the role of Managing Director and Principal Consultant at Minute to Midnight Solutions since 2008.


Yvonne Edwards

Senior Trainer

Yvonne Edwards is a Payroll and Human Resources professional with over 20 years' experience in systems administration, implementation and configuration of HRIS and Payroll applications. She is passionate about business process improvement, focussing on understanding user issues and finding effective and time efficient solutions. Training is a key focus of Yvonne's work, including development and delivery of training courses and sessions, upskilling, and knowledge transfer.


Jessica Joyce

Agile Specialist Trainer

Jess has been living agile since the age of 18 and has managed a diverse portfolio of agile transformation programs both nationally and internationally from large scale ERP implementations to digital start-ups.

Jess is passionate about changing the way people think about agile development and provides innovative solutions to key issues encountered on the agile transformation journey.


Rebecca Nelson

Senior Trainer

Rebecca is a senior HR professional with a background of strategic and operational achievements, leading best practice improvements that translate into bottom line results. Rebecca is experienced in the complete range of generalist HR management, including driving change and continuous improvement, industrial relations, coaching management and implementing processes and systems that support business managers to achieve their KPIs. She has exceptional communication skills, strong influencing abilities and outcomes, is a trusted and highly regarded professional who develops robust business relationships and is regarded for integrity and credibility, and for the depth and breadth of HR skills across the aviation, manufacturing, mining and health care industries.


Bronwyn Rachor

Personal Development Specialist

Bronwyn has extensive experience in facilitation of adult learning in the public and community sectors, specialising in leadership, team building, communication, psychological type, and computer applications. Bronwyn has worked with community groups such as schools and local Neighbourhood Centres, along with government departments such as Defence, the ACCC, and Human Services, and the TV channel SBS. She holds qualifications in psychology, counselling, human resource development and workplace training. Bronwyn has presented concurrent sessions at psychological type conferences across Australia, as well as serving as Victorian president of the Australian Association for Psychological Type.


Kate Smith

Senior Trainer

Kate Smith is an experienced learning and development professional with a degree in Adult Education and a background in Human Resource Management. She is known for her practical, hands on approach to leadership development and change management.

Kate has worked with large organisations across Australia and the Asia Pacific region in a diverse range of industries including the Department of Defence, Qantas, Petronas Malaysia, Australian Bureau of Statistics and Griffith University.

Some of her key projects include:
Delivering workshops to 200 military personnel, public servants and civilians for Department of Defence on “customer service skills for IT professionals” in Queensland and the NT
One of 12 consultants engaged by Qantas to deliver cultural change workshops for 20,000 employees across all levels of the organisation
Facilitator of a 2 year leadership development program for frontline supervisors for the NT Power and Water Authority on behalf of TAFE NSW
Facilitating strategic planning sessions for various schools at Griffith University
Facilitating change management sessions for the Australian Bureau of Statistics Census division in Queensland and Canberra

Kate is the author of 5 books including “Thrive: How team leaders can double their team’s engagement, confidence and performance” with a focus on collaboration and change management skills.


Carol Wilson

Psychologist in Trauma, Stress and Emotional Competency

Carol Wilson is a senior practitioner of change and project management with extensive business experience, inclusive of 11 years as a counselor and psychologist. She has extensive experience in the development and delivery of training material and specializes in the ‘soft’ skills needed for employment or project success. Her experience includes diverse industries across small business to large corporations.
