Change affects all of us in both our home life and of course in a work environment. Throughout everyone’s life there are many changes to go through and they could be happening right now in some way. The plain fact is, change is going to happen whether we learn to cope with it or not.
The purpose of this course is to give participants an understanding of how change affects people and what you can do to make the change process run smoother for themselves and others.
Carol Wilson is a senior practitioner of change and project management with extensive business experience, inclusive of 11 years as a counsellor and psychologist. She has extensive experience in the development and delivery of training material and specializes in the ‘soft’ skills needed for employment or project success. Her experience includes diverse industries across small business to large corporations.
