Project industry statistics continue to show that upfront planning and estimation enhances project success. Currently over 60% of projects are not delivered on time, on budget, or to quality expectations. Without being able to estimate an accurate timeline and budget, projects are effectively set up for failure over and over.
This course explores reliability vs accuracy of estimates, changes the view of project failure and how to apply rigour in the estimation process. Part of a rigorous process requires the right team and this course will explore who needs to be involved and setting appropriate expectations.
