Discover a tool that provides insight into your work style, time management style and personal motivators. The MBTI® is the world’s most researched psychological instrument, and learning your “type” can help improve the management of your work preferences, stressors, and team and client interactions. In this introductory course you will find out how people differ in their type preferences, and what that means for dealing with people at work and at home.

Course Presenter – Bronwyn Rachor

Bronwyn has extensive experience in facilitation of adult learning in the public and community sectors, specialising in leadership, team building, communication, psychological type, and computer applications. Bronwyn has worked with community groups such as schools and local Neighbourhood Centres, along with government departments such as Defence, the ACCC, and Human Services, and the TV channel SBS. She holds qualifications in psychology, counselling, human resource development and workplace training. Bronwyn has presented concurrent sessions at psychological type conferences across Australia, as well as serving as Victorian president of the Australian Association for Psychological Type.
